This October was our 3rd stay with sierra MTB, and our best trip to date,
Within a couple of hours of landing in Málaga, Sierra had Myself,my wife and our 11 and 14 yr old sons out on the trails,
We rode with all the guides throughout our stay,aswell as other groups of guests, and everyone was a pleasure to ride, dine, travel and have a beer with,
We also had the pleasure of riding the 3 day white village tour with Alan this year, it was amazing, and gave us a sense of adventure when riding through the more inland trails over three of the days ,whilst staying in two amazing rural hotels,
We will definitely return for our 4th year in 2025,

Just back from 5 days at sierra cycling 5 th visit & always delivers top riding special thanks to simon who is a excellent guide & generally a good bloke (apart from eating all the bloody peanuts)..they cater for all abilities & really look after guests...we will return ??

We had a great time staying with Alan, Alexis and team. Simon guided us on the first day and did a great job of preparing us for the upcoming trails and guiding us through them. He called ahead and set up an awesome lunch in Mijas. Tom guided us on the other days and took us through some fun terrain. We had a great time getting to know the other group of mountain bikers that were staying there at the same time. Thanks Sierra MTB!

Having been a regular visitor previously, I hadn’t been for several years although keeping in contact. A group of 4 of us came for a short break of 3 nights and 3 and a half days riding. I sold the trip with such enthusiasm to 2 of my regular riding buddies who hadn’t been before I was slightly worried that I had built up their expectations to a level that they might end up disappointed. I really shouldn’t have had those worries because everything that had made previous trips so great was still the same from the airport pick up, to the the guiding, riding and breakfasts and everything in between. The saying of “if it isn’t broke, don’t try to fix it” certainly applies here. Our requests for certain trails were duly accommodated along with one we hadn’t ridden before on our last day which certainly didn’t disappoint.
A massive thanks to Alan, Alexis, Tom for guiding and Mary for her her amazing breakfasts that set us up for a hard days riding.

We will be back next year!

I stayed for a whole week at Sierra Mtb. First 4 days I was accompanied by 9 guys from UK. I shared the one villa with two of them, after they left I was all alone in a big house. This was my 1st mtb holiday ever and did not know what kind of trails was to be expected. There were something for everyone, from to nice flow trails to more challenging and technical stony paths. The lift to uphills were done with vans, some climbing was however needed as the access to mountain trails are blocked for car driving by barriers.
Breakfast was very good. Strawberries, fresh tomato, tasty bread, cheese, coffee, cereals etc. Also, there was a list where one could mark his extra wishes (crumbled/fried eggs, fried tomatoes etc.) Also, snacks, bananas etc. was always available. And filled fridge with all kinds of good beverages.

I really got a beautiful mountain bike week in May with Sierra MTB and I'm grateful for having ridden with the guides Tom and Alexis. I would definitely recommend Sierra MTB and the area for a MTB holiday :-) The package is comprehensive. Pick up from airport and back, plentiful breakfast, good bike fleet (full suspension Orbea Occanos and E-bikes if you like), lift to mountains, experienced guides, pool in the garden etc. The location of house(s) is perfect. Nice, quiet area but still near the beach of Fuengirola. I used the bike also in evenings (had my own front and rear lights with me). I had one day of from riding and went by train (bike with me) to see Malaga. I can highly recommend Sierra Mtb.

We had an excellent weekend Mtb riding with Sierra Mtb. Alan and his team provided a great value package of accommodation in their town house, excellent guided rides in the hills around Malaga area, and superb breakfast to start the days. We also hired his rental bikes which were part of his new fleet of Orbea bikes. Very friendly and homely and no request ever a problem. Riding is as hard or easy as you want. Tom and Clive were our guides for the week and know all the routes and great places for lunch stops. Alan’s accommodation is clean and tidy, located in the friendly coastal town of Fuengirola were there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Highly recommend and we’ll be back for more next year

My 14 year old son and I spent 4 days with Sierra in April 2024. From the moment we arrived the Sierra staff were really welcoming,friendly and informative.
The accomodation was in a great location right by the beach and was a lovely place to relax before and after the riding.

We had Tom as a guide who was incredible. He tailored the riding to exactly what we asked for so we had 4 days riding some of the best trails we’ve ridden in a long time. The uplift was efficient and was easy to load the bikes into. Food stops at local restaurants were a highlight also.

We’ll definitely be booking again and would recommend Sierra to anyone asking.

Hi there, we spent 4 brilliant days with Tom, Alan and Alexis. This was our 3rd visit to Serria MTB. Unfortunately the weather Gods did not shine down on us but it didn't stop the party. Been Irish we embraced the Rain as it was warmer than the rain at home and we had a ball. The Uplifts were fantastic, the 3 restaurants we asked for were amazing. The brand new Bikes were fantastic and well tested. 90% of the trails we rode were new to us and fantastic. Thanks to Alan and his Crew for looking after us, and hopefully we will return again with some more friends.

Just Spent a full on week with Sierra MTB Holidays Spain, had a great time tracks are full on and so many of them. There really is something for everyone and the weather was spot on sun every day.
